Do I need an account to buy?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account makes it easy to track orders, reorder and save favorites.
Choosing products
How do I choose the right weight for a weighted blanket or lap pad?
A common starting point for blankets is around 10% of body weight, and lap pads are usually lighter. Every person is different, so please check with an occupational therapist or pediatrician — especially for children. The person must always be able to remove a weighted product by themselves.
Are your products safe for young children?
Each product page shows a recommended age and any safety warnings, such as small parts. Please read them before buying and always supervise young children.
Are these products a substitute for therapy?
No. Our products are supportive tools. They are not a substitute for individualized assessment, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified professional.
Printables
Do you also sell printable resources?
Yes — a small range of visual supports and guides is available as instant downloads. After payment they appear in your download library and we email you a link.
Privacy
Do I need to tell you about my child to buy?
No. We never ask for diagnoses or other sensitive information. You only need an email address and a shipping address.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened chewables and earplugs can't be returned unless faulty. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
My item arrived damaged or faulty — what should I do?
We're sorry! Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund — you won't need to pay for return shipping.

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping options and prices for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is $6.95 (free on orders over $75) and usually arrives in 3–7 business days. Express shipping (1–3 business days) is $14.95. Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days, and you'll get a tracking email when yours is on its way.
