Returns

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

Hygiene items: for health reasons, opened chewables and earplugs can only be returned if they are faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or stops working, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are refundable only for faulty or incorrect items.

Printable resources

Because files can be downloaded immediately, refunds for printables are considered case by case. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days. When a printable order is refunded, access to its downloads ends.
